Objective

Blackmores were offered a Gondola End Space position at Woolworths for the first time.  The promotion was a ‘late week special’ over 5 days, where two product SKUs from the Fish Oil 400 range would be discounted by 50%. Blackmores had a tight deadline but wanted to make an impression. It was critical that the solution was robust enough to be freighted – without damage – while loaded up with product.
